Tests: Remove "Test PHP 7.3" and "Test PHP 7.2" against WP trunk #766

Describe the bug
The noted tests are failing for each pullrequest.
Reason for this error is that WordPress 7.0 will require at least PHP 7.4.
Given the fact that based on our readme.txt. we should support the latest two versions of WP i guess it would be ok to remove those tests against trunk and keep against the fixed WP Version
