Description

See https://babeljs.io/blog/2020/03/16/7.9.0.

It's an upgrade from 7.8.x to 7.9.x for all packages that use Babel in Gutenberg.

How has this been tested?

We enabled all shipped proposals so we no longer need to explicitly include:

  • object rest spread
  • async generator functions

It's a minor version upgrade of Babel so it feels safe to proceed.
