Description
This fixes a regression in the native code related to the new
@wordpress/interfacepackage and required changes in@wordpress/edit-post. This allows gutenberg-mobile to keep targettingmaster.Note that currently this PR also includes the changes from #21257 as they're needed for a complete fix. Only 798c6f5 is to be code reviewed
