Description

This PR makes sure the list block is enabled for native mobile and merges to master. In practice there are no changes to merge to master, but we'll use the merge commit in gutenberg-mobile develop so we have a proper git history.

How has this been tested?

Tested via wordpress-mobile/gutenberg-mobile#841.

Types of changes

Add the list block to registered list of blocks for native mobile.
