Description

A common convention in most text editors is that ⌘ + ↑ / ↓ moves the cursor to the start or end of the document in the latest version of Gutenberg this behavior is not working.

⌘ + ← / → to Move to the start / end of the line is working well.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Press ⌘ + ↑ / ↓ verify the cursor moves to the start end of the block not to the start/ end of the document.
