Description

If any of the AI provider plugins are network active they will appear as not active on the options-connectors.php page. The Activate button will appear and clicking it make it possible to configure and then use the provider. The bug is that the activate button is shown. They work fine with ai plugins after they are configured. It's only the display on this page that has a problem.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Install WP 7.0 RC2 on a multisite install.
2. Network activate plugin "AI Provider for OpenAI"
3. Visit /wp-admin/options-connectors.php on the main site
4. OpenAI will have an "activate" button even thought it is network active.
