Description

The scrolling behavior and offset positioning between the Notes box and the corresponding block are not aligned properly.
If we have long text notes box sometimes notes position and block is not aligned.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add Paragraph block
2. Add comment on block
3. Click on sidebar notes box and notice block is not aligned with the board.
