What problem does this address?
When a note is marked as resolved or reopened, an event is noted but there's no context provided around what actually happened.
In the example above, there were two comments, then the note was resolved before being reopened and closed a few more times. There are timestamped indicators that something happened to the note, but no context around what. The last reply that included a comment when reopening the note explains that it was reopened, but that's currently the only way to know what happened.
What is your proposed solution?
When a note is resolved or reopened, there should be some indicator listed. A few possible ideas:
