What problem does this address?

#71904 introduced a new fitText block support that automatically resizes to fit the container width. At the same time, fixText-enabled paragraph and heading block variations have been added.

This block support is very nice, but when you open the main inserter, it takes priority and becomes too prominent.

The fixText is just one type of block support and is not something you'll use often when creating general content.

What is your proposed solution?

Personally, I would suggest removing these two block variations.
