When using the zoom out toolbar's delete button, focus is not handled after the toolbar is removed when the block is deleted.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

• Enter zoom out mode via header
• Navigate to block canvas
• When a section block is selected, move focus to the block's zoom out toolbar
• Move focus to Delete
• Press Enter
• Focus loss
