When you create a list of items, there are buttons for indenting and outdenting. Currently these show just "Indent" and "Outdent" as tooltips:   Rich text formatting buttons, such as Bold and Italic show shortcuts in the tooltip:  Since indenting and outdenting have shortcuts <kbd>Tab</kbd> and <kbd>Shift</kbd> + <kbd>Tab</kbd>, can we show those in the tooltip?
