What problem does this address?

As stated here by @pablohoneyhoney, we can improve the UX of the enhanced Query loop powered by the Interactivity API (Tracking Issue) by animating it:

Would we also add some swift fading to make the transition a bit more kansei? even if the user prefers to deactivate it.

What is your proposed solution?

• In the frontend: Add a swift fade animation to the pagination
• In the Site Editor: When the Enhanced pagination toggle is enabled, display a second toggle (enabled by default) to allow the user to enable/disable the animation
