Description

When removing template parts and re-adding, I ran into some very strange issues resulting in me being unable to drag a template part out of a Group block to the top of the page in order to set full width. Apologies for this being difficult to name and describe. It's a pretty weird bug 😅

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Setup a FSE ready set using TT1 Blocks.
2. Head to a template that has a query loop underneath the header template part (Index template for example) or add in a query loop below a template part.
3. Remove the header template part (might need to use list view).
4. Add a template part block in once more and notice that either it gets constrained within the query block resulting in being unable to set wide width/move it outside of the group block OR a strange duplication of the + functionality.

Expected behaviour

I should be able to drag or move a template part to the top of the Site Editing experience.

Actual behaviour

I'm unable to move the template part out of the Group block that the query block lives in. I also end up with strange duplication of adding in an additional template part if I am able to add a block about the group block.
