Issue Overview

The latest posts widget displays the encoded HTML for titles, rather than the actual titles. Example:

The front end output is correct

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Publish a post with html that will be encoded in the title (such as an apostrophe)
2. Add the "latest posts" widget

Expected Behavior

I export the post titles to render like they will on the front end

Current Behavior

Post titles include encoded HTML
