Describe the bug
Hi. I am one of translation contributors for ja. I was originally troubled by how Most Used Blocks and Common Blocks mean very similar in Japanese.
Even in English-English dictionary, it says:
Most = greatest in amount.
Common = occurring, found, or done often.
I thought about requesting to re-name Common Blocks to Essential Blocks or Standard Blocks. However, I realized the issue was more to do with grouping of Editor Inserter Menu.
I realized that I am having hard time navigating through Editor Inserter Menu as a user because the menu is not grouped by “attribution”.

My suggestion, grouping by attribution.
