What?

This pull request contains minor updates to documentation files, specifically to the changelog and readme. The changes clarify formatting and update version references.

  • Documentation updates:
    • Added a reference link for version 0.6.0 in the CHANGELOG.md to maintain changelog consistency.
    • Fixed markdown formatting for "Breaking Changes" notes in readme.txt for better readability and consistency.
