Description

WordPress 7.0 allows us to visually compare revision differences directly within the block editor. A menu item named 'Generate Editorial Note' appears in the block toolbar, but this should be hidden when in revision mode.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

• Create a post.
• Update and save the content several times.
• Open the revisions screen.
• Click any of the blocks and open the block settings dropdown
