Description

On initial setup, saving the "Enable Experiments" and then "Title Generation" in separate save actions throws double "Settings saved." messages.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. install & activate plugin
2. add ai credential
3. go to settings > ai experiments and save settings one at a time
