Issue Description
The Embeds article contains two different changelogs, one that shows changes by WordPress versions and the other that shows updates made to the document itself:
The documentation changelog is more up to date than the release version changelog. For example, BlueSky embed was added in WordPress 6.6 and is included in the documentation updates changelog, but not the release changelog above it.

Why is this a problem?
Articles should use one documentation changelog to record meaningful updates to the page, such as feature changes, block updates, added or removed services, and major content revisions.
The Embeds page currently includes two changelog sections: “Embeds changelog” and “Changelog.” This makes the page harder to maintain because contributors may not know which changelog to update or how the two sections are meant to differ. It also increases the risk that one changelog will be updated while the other becomes outdated.
Using one changelog creates a clearer editorial pattern across WordPress documentation. For example, the Cover block page uses a single changelog section to document page updates. The Embeds page should follow the same pattern so contributors have one predictable place to record changes.
Suggested Fix
Remove the release changelog and update the table of contents heading to "Changelog" to match other article pages:
