Description
Updates the build process to use the latest upendodnn generator build scripts.
Updated the Lightbox Gallery module to work with the new build process.
Updated Lightbox Gallery to build against DNN 9.10.
Removed unused dependencies from Lightbox Gallery.
Updated Lightbox Gallery to .NET 4.8.
How Has This Been Tested?
Ran the code locally in VS and on a demo site.
