Consistent pagination arguments across the board #554
Description
Currently:
- Posts: posts_per_page, paged, page
- Users: number, page
- Comments: no pagination
- Terms: offset, number
Proposed:
- Posts, Users, Comments, Terms: page, per_page
- Counts of total pages and total objects also necessary in response headers
