WEC-Sim+MOST Application
@MOREnergylab I've been updating this branch to keep the example updated with changes made to MOREnergyLab/WEC-Sim/dev. Let's discuss at our next meeting if this needs to move to a MOREnergyLab fork or not.

TODO list:

• keep application up to date with the MOREnergylab/WEC-Sim dev branch
• add a basic test
• add the missing function changeRefQuad for mostIO
• add WAMIT .out file and include a BEMIO script that creates the .h5
• Update the completion test to a validation test that compares this MOST example to the previous published MOST results
