Adding Development .txt file to hold notes
Updated waveClass to follow the IEC TS 62600-2 ED2 definition. This includes eliminating the Bretschnneider Spectrum, updating the Pierson-Moskowitz and JONSWAP spectrum.
update the waveClass to reduce redundant code
