This fixes the bug found in #1385.
The change in the body library is the addition of waves.spread to the waveElevation Function input and the nonlinear Froude Krylov function input constants and simulink functions. The change in wave class is a fix to an additional bug that was found in the fullDirectionSpectrum implementation.
Main changes are revisions to waveElevation.m and nonLinFK.m.
This does not include the ability to run full directional spectrum yet.
