An application dedicated towards Parliamentary Debate judges that primarily generates random machine-based resolutions and keeps track of the time between each speech

• Install the .exe file and all .png files in the same folder
• Double click the .exe file and enjoy :)

• Click the Start/Stop and Reset Buttons to track the time of each speech
• Click the Speeches Button to access a dropdown list and select which speech you will be timing
• Click the Toss Button to receive a randomly generated coin flip
• Click the Random Button to recieve a randomized, machine-scraped resolution
• Enter your own resolution if already provided
