Determine programmatically when a build is running under Rosetta translation via call the sysctlbyname function with the sysctl.proc_translated flag. And disable AVX instructions only if Rosetta build detected. Apple Silicon CPUs, including the M1, M1 Pro, M1 Max, M1 Ultra, M2, and subsequent generations, do not support AVX or AVX2 instructions.
