This PR is for a couple small missing textures in Super Paper Mario:

Texture for shaking the Wiimote (available on any axis).
Texture for when ⊖ is used in text bubbles (On the silly "Press ⊖ and 1 to do something" pedestal).
Texture for device shown when told to hold the Wiimote sideways at the start of the game
