This repository contains Power Platform samples and templates that I share with the community, mainly centered around Governance. Most of these samples and templates come with a related article in my blog https://powertricks.io. In this GitHub Repo you will find:

• Power BI Templates: a serie of Power BI templates which can be used to extend the CoE Kit and gain additional insights on things such as API Calls and AI Builder
• Dataverse Training Labs: Self-pace Dataverse Labs to get hands on experience on Dataverse across most fundamental features
• Ownership Toolbox: another free solution for tenant admin to manage Apps and Flows ownership in bulk in a few clicks - it does require to be installed on an environment where the CoE Kit is installed
• PPAC Reports Extractor: a solution containing flows to automatically download Power Platform tenant consumption reports on a daily basis and save them on SharePoint which can be use for reporting
• Solution Deployer: a ready-to-use solution for Admins and CoEs to centrally manage reusable components and deploy them widely in the organization, without the need for Managed Environments
• Ownership Updater: a simple set of child flows to easily change the main owner of the Canvas Apps and solution-aware flows
• Environment Settings Enforcer: a full solution for tenant admins to define setting policies to control the environment configurations from the tenant, in a similar fashion as DLP Policies allow to control connectors
• App Users Generator: generate or activate Application Users on environments JUST IN TIME when you need to make a call using the Dataverse Web API.
• Chatbot Remover: programmatically delete Copilot Studio chatbots with a child flow from Power Automate.
• DLP Policy Toolbox: a free solution to enable admins to quickly duplicate existing DLP Policies and identify which DLP Policies apply to a specific envrionment (no need for managed environments...)
• License Provisions Checker: a solution to automatically extract and centralize Power Platform license, purchased skus and addons tenant quantities into Dataverse.
• Endpoint Collector: a solution to extend the CoE Kit and automatically collect information about the endpoints configured in cloud flows with the HTTP and HTTP With Entra Id connectors.
• Endpoint Manager: a solution to manage endpoint and custom connector pattern filtering rules for DLP Policies at scale.
• CoE Kit Pipelines: reusable Azure DevOps pipelines to automate syncing, settings generation and deployment of CoE Starter Kit solutions across Source, Dev and Prod environments, accelerating standardized upgrades.
• Copilot Studio Monitor: extends the CoE Starter Kit to surface detailed configuration metadata for Copilot Studio agents (topics, tools, connectors, knowledge sources, autonomy flags) and includes a Power BI template for governance reporting.
