Fogs to fix in official maps #3427

  1. The fog in Chasm's chasm is missing its top surface, which should be rendered when you look up from inside the fog. Though this probably won't matter any more when I rework fogs to render O(1) triangles instead of individually fogging every surface.
  2. illwieckz says that the death pit in Chasm's vents should have a fog too.
  3. Plat23's pit looks wrong with sRGB lightmaps - it's too brightly lit. Maybe we should add a black fog in there?
