Thanks @demiankatz for taking the time to upgrade to Node 20! This should help with performance and keep us aligned with long-term support. I believe it's good to merge since all tests have passed.

Thanks, @LanieOkorodudu! I just found another config file with an outdated node version in it, so I've adjusted this PR to update that as well. I'm not sure if or how it's currently used, but it seemed wise to be consistent. |

Node 18 has reached end of life, so it's time to move on to Node 20.
Resolves #1433.
