Current behavior:
Starting with release 4.2.0, it appears that the textLimit functionality in moreInfoRightPanel has stopped working.

I have confirmed that this functionality does work in 4.1.0.

Expected behavior:
When text exceeds the configured textLimit, a more/less control should appear to allow collapsing of long content.

Steps to reproduce:
Look at nearly any example manifest -- in versions prior to 4.2.0 (e.g. at https://uv-v4.netlify.app) long text such as the "full conditions of use" on the default example get collapsed. In the current dev code, the collapse/expand controls are missing.
