Delete macwatch form: Add mac watch at http://localhost/macwatch/, then click on delete and see form - yes/no
Edit macwatch form: Not in use currently (should it be removed?)
Cancel maintenance form: Add maintenance at http://localhost/maintenance/new/, then click "Cancel now"
Delete threshold rule form: http://localhost/threshold/, click on red crossed button or for second, click on a threshold rule, then click on red crossed button
