When writing a CF netCDF file from a Coverage dataset, make sure to unscale false_easting/false_northing, if needed. Fixes Unidata#1375.

Description of Changes
When writing a CF netCDF file from a Coverage dataset, make sure to unscale false_easting/false_northing, if needed. This is to ensure the units on the cartesian coordinates match the units for false_easting/false_northing. Fixes #1375.
