What went wrong?

When using the non-builder API (e.g. NetcdfDatasets.open(...)) with a dataset using enhanced coordinate variables (x/y variables with scales and offsets in GOES-16 netCDF files, for example), the enhancements get applied twice, and the projection code fail construct proper latitude/longitude values.
