Currently, it is only possible to directly assign a DNA sequence to a whole strand.

Add the ability to assign a DNA sequence to a domain or loopout as well (e.g., for assigning T's to loopouts).

While we're at it, a default option to assign T's to all loopouts that have no other assignment would be great.
