Updating the ts-loader comparison test pack to TypeScript 5.0. Interestingly all the project reference + watch API combined tests started timing out. They've been ignored. @andrewbranch I'm not sure if this is significant; but it might indicate some underlying issue with TS 5.0. Wanted to give you a heads up.
