The grammar is not compatible with SQLDev 23.1.1.345, so the Arbori program needs to be updated and the installation needs to be patched with the dbtools-common.jar from SQLcl 23.4.0. Side effects of this action need to be documented (incompatibilities). Finding workarounds for these incompatibilities is not part of this ticket.
