(Bug report) Note icon dialog doesn't close if note icon not chosen before moving to another note #5391

STR:
- Open Note
- Click note icon to bring up note icon dialog
- Change to a different note
- Note icon dialog will not close even after clicking outside the dialog or choosing a note icon
ctrl-shift-r reloads window to clear dialog
We should probably close the dialog before navigating to a different page.
