I'm operating my Trilium server behind an nginx reverse proxy with /trilium as root folder of the URL. Without MFA enabled, opening /trilium redirects to /trilium/login if the user is not logged in. If MFA with TOTP is enabled, it redirects to /login which returns a 404 in my setup. Manually updating the URL to /trilium/login shows the TOTP login screen and the login works fine.
