Backend code is handled in #139 but we also need to update message parsing in the front-end.

@danthedaniel all details below from my research. In theory we could drop the pre 1.21.8 parsing logic and just focus on this new structure. But, I am not entirely convinced we are never going to see the old format anymore given the tendency of mods and such to send older formats and minecraft generally being quite happy to parse them.

Looks like it might only be hoverEvent and clickEvent that have changed to hover_event and click_event. See also #139 (comment)

`contents` Changes in hover event

contents as a property has either been removed or renamed.

`show_text`

Here it looks like they renamed it to value

contents is removed and the content of it now sits directly in show_item
