POC
This is a POC meant to catch problems in the kbn grid layout package when used on Dashboard.
So far, the scrolling problems in the system are much more apparent on Dashboard.
Note
The Dashboard in this implementation only works with React Embeddables. Un-converted legacy embeddables (lens, visualize) will show errors.
