Go through the 5.x API docs and see what's missing from existing endpoints and also add entirely missing endpoints.

Majority of the endpoint classes still don't have docstrings specified and some endpoints have changed over time.

The endpoints to be reviewed are tracked as sub issues of this parent issue.
