This isn't on your end but in case it causes problems for anybody else I wanted to mention it here as well so people don't blame you guys if they come here looking for solutions. The mod Mixed Litter alters the base animal models which seems to break the textures on the flying cow. Removing Mixed Litter (a required mod for No Man's Land) fixes the problem, and I've mentioned it to that mod's dev as well so they can hopefully fix it.
