I’m Taha, a Computer Science undergraduate at the University of Warwick. I like building software that feels simple to use, even when the underlying problem is complicated. I’m motivated by learning how things work deeply, then turning that understanding into practical, well structured code.
I enjoy backend and full-stack development (clean APIs, solid architecture, thoughtful UX), systems and performance work (making things faster, more reliable and easier to debug) and applied AI/ML when it helps solve real problems end to end. I also like exploring lower-level ideas from time to time, because understanding the underlying theory behind tools makes me a better engineer everywhere else.
On GitHub you’ll find projects that reflect that curiosity, from building small tools and prototypes to longer projects where I focus on correctness, documentation and making something others can run and extend. I enjoy iterative work: start with a simple version, test it, learn where it breaks and refine it until it is robust.
I’m currently focused on strengthening core CS foundations (data structures, algorithms, networks, operating systems), improving my software engineering craft (testing, code quality, design) and getting more experience building complete products from idea to deployment.
Outside of coding, I tutor maths and care a lot about explaining complex ideas clearly. I’m also into chess, hackathons and learning anything that sharpens my problem solving.
