Description

When deleting a file outside of TagStudio (making it unlinked) and creating a folder with the same name TagStudio thinks it's a file and considers it linked. Meaning that you can add tags, fields, etc to the folder just like as if it was a regular entry.

Expected Behavior

TagStudio should only consider it linked if it is a file.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a file to a library (Make sure it gets logged as an entry)
2. Close TagStudio
3. Open your library within your file manager and delete it
4. Create a folder with the same name as the file including the extension
5. Open TagStudio
