Description

Even though VTF files are properly supported in code, they don't generate thumbnails. My best guess for this problem is the vtf2img library which is unmaintained and has poor support for VTF files. A possible alternative is srctools which has greater support for VTF files compared to vtf2img.

Expected Behavior

VTF files should generate thumbnails

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a tag library with VTF files in it (VTFs can be gotten from any Valve game or from srctools test VTFs)
2. Notice that VTF files don't have thumbnails
