This file is not empty, for the relationship between commentary and code must be kept high, so as to discourage more code, and encourage the careful consideration of added code.
This is not the only place where comments exist, other places may be linked in this readme, but viceversa other texts may link to this repo.
The main idea is not to use any dependencies. Thus an empty requirements.txt.
License is empty, not because there is no license or there is no law, but because we are simply not declaring any. In which case default assumptions, jurisdictions, rights and obligations apply.
