I just got rid of the sysadmin database page as the main points are now incapsulated by the main installation page and it would at worst just confuse someone as you don't need to add postgres to shadow or all that unless you explicitly use PAM which you do not (and I wouldn't recommend to most people).
I also fixed the very weird formatting in _layouts/default.html so that it's consistent through the file (4 spaces) and got rid of a lot of the extra whitespace and junk.
