It would be nice to have an aggregate of all issues across all the courses a student is enrolled in and this would show ideally in the course list page.

I can't find the text file i had with my vision but I'd like a list of all the notifications I get and they can lead me to wherever they came from. For mobile this could go in the side bar menu in the course list but I'm not sure where it would go on desktop versions of submitty
