We currently use the following configuration values for logs:

• submitty.json
  • autograding_log_path
  • site_log_path
• database.json
  • email_logs_path

We can get rid of all of these and just assume that the path to the base log directory is always the value of ${submitty.json:submitty_data_dir}/logs/.
